On June 5, 2021, GIME held the Spring Graduation Ceremony in the library of Mingzhe Building. Ms. Ding Xiaoyu, Director of SIS, Mr. Han Liang, Associate Director of SIS, Mr. Xie Yang, Associate Director of SIS, Mr. Tang Chuanzhong, Associate Director of SIS, Mr. Wu Xiaowei, Honored Academic Consultant, Mr. Stacey Duff, Director of the General and Transitional Studies Department attended the ceremony, Ms. Wu Miao, Associate Director of the General and Transitional Studies Department attended the ceremony. The ceremony was host by Han Qing, student of 2020 spring program.

Before the ceremony, graduates and teachers signed on the signature board. After signing in, the ceremony started at nine. First, Ms. Ding Xiaoyu, Director of SIS, expressed congratulations to the graduates and her expectations for graduates’ future study. Next, Jacques Andre Brouillette, the lecturer in Department of General and Transitional Studies, Ms Min Xue, the lecturer in Academic Faculty, made a speech respectively.

After the teachers' speech, graduates watched the teachers’ blessing video. Wang Bingren, Li Helin, expressed their gratitude to their supervisors and all teachers in SIS on behalf of the graduates respectively. After the students’ speech, graduates watched the video of fond memories and graduate speeches. And lectures awarded certificates of graduation for representatives of outstanding undergraduate and all postgraduates.

At the end of the ceremony, SIS also prepared a cake for all graduates and hope that the graduates will make efforts to their study and have a bright future.
