On December 5, SIS held a autumn graduation and certificate awarding ceremony in the Mingzhe Building. Ms. Ding Xiaoyu, Director of SIS, Mr. Xie Yang, Associate Director of SIS, Mr. Wu Xiaowei, Honored Academic Consultant, Ms Wu Miao, Associate Director of the General and Transitional Studies Department attended the ceremony. The ceremony was host by Yu Hongtao, student of Class 3 in 2020.

Before the ceremony, the graduates were filled with excitement to sign on the signature background board. After signing in, the ceremony opened in the solemn national anthem. First, Ms. Ding Xiaoyu, director of SIS, who expressed congratulations to the graduates and high expectations to students in the future, made a speech. Alicia Pan, the lecturer in Department of General and Transitional Studies, and Ms Min Xue, the lecturer in Academic Faculty, made a speech respectively. Lectures shared their own life experience and some learning methods after going abroad.

At the same time, the graduates watched the video of teachers’ blessing sharing. Next, lecturers of SIS awarded scholarship certificates to outstanding students in school. Lecturers congratulated the students on their successful completion and expressed their wishes for their future development. Next, Li Tengfei and Guan Jinghan ,the representative of student, expressed thankful to the training of the SIS and positive attitude towards the future. Then, all teachers and students watched the music album of the students’ memories that record activities.And lectures awarded certificates of graduation for all graduates and took pictures together.

 At the end of the ceremony, freshmen performed a campus sitcom for the graduates to recall campus life during two years. The autumn graduation ceremony of 2020 came to an end in the song of students the graduation ceremony ended in a song, SIS also made a cake for graduates as a souvenir and hope that the graduates will continue to work hard and have a bright future.
