On November 8th,2020, SIS held the Career Development Training Activities at Mingzhe Building. The activities invited the teachers from top500 companies in the world. This training activity includes coaching skills, action learning, the coffee of the world , role play, against the debate and world.

During the activity, students learned how to make amazing resumes and  analyze traits and personality. Meanwhile, in order to make students perform better in the group interview, this activity simulated a semi-structured interview. With the help of the team members, the students can can think about their own life development path under the guidance of the tutor and try to solve all kinds of problems related to industry, occupation and enterprise.

Through this activity, we believe that students can have a bright career prospect in the future.
